Written by Nikolai Efros, edited by Aleksandr Brodsky, published by Gosudarstvennoye Izdetelstvo in Moscow and St Petersburg, 1924. Cover artwork by Sergei Chekhonin, graphic artist and creator of so-called propaganda porcelain. The Moskovsky Hudozhestvenni Teatre - or Moscow Art Theatre - was established by Konstantin Stanislavski and Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko. Contains photos of the theatre, various productions and set design, with photos of Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Vasily Kachalov, Maxim Gorky and more. Fair condition, creases and tears on cover, pencil writing '1000' on cover, paper skimming on back cover, inner pages in good condition.
