[ON RESERVE] Great constructivist cover made by A. Rodchenko for the first issue of LEF magazine (Left Front of the Arts). Avant-garde magazine was edited by V. Mayakovsky and had widely ranging association of writers, photographers, critics and designers in the Soviet Union. This issue includes some illustrations by renowned artists of constructivism, such as: Lavinski, A. Rodchenko. Edition of 5000, published by Gosizdat. Good condition, modern binding with original covers. Pages trimmed along the edges. Minor staining. Scratched on the bottom edge of the cover. Pencil remark on the inside of back cover and on some of the pages. Ink has slightly faded on some of the pages 252 pages.
