Soviet magazine Seizing Technology, issue number 1, January 1932. Magazine on recent technological innovations in the USSR, published every six days. Published by the Newspaper-Magazine Association, in Moscow. A photograph of the first Soviet Excavator, on the back cover is a continuation of the article ‘Correspondence Course from the Editorial Staff’. This edition includes articles ‘The Fourth Completion’ and ‘For the Economics of Fuel’. List of artwork inside: photographs accompany most articles, diagrams accompany the article ‘Automatic Block System’. Fair condition, the front and back covers are both worn. There are rips along the spine and along the edges of the front cover. A rectangular piece of paper is stuck to the top right hand corner of the front cover with the number 1899 written upon it. Magazine is hole punched. 15 pages.
