Pamphlet contains song composed and written by Alexander Vertinsky, Russian and Soviet artist, poet, singer, composer, cabaret artist and actor who exerted seminal influence on the Russian tradition of artistic singing. Laureate of the Stalin Prize in 1951. Constructivist cover illustrated by B. Titov, Soviet graphic artist, illustrator, book designer. His work was one the highest in the number of decorated books in the Soviet Union. He was one of the most prolific, original and sought-after book artists. The original technique, which was able to synthesise very different stylistic tendencies of the 20s-30s, which determined the “graphic appearance” of the products of such large publishing houses as the State Publishing House, “Earth and Factory”, “Young Guard”, “Proletarian”.
