Krokodil was a satirical magazine published in the Soviet Union. It was founded in 1922, at first as the satirical supplement to the Workers' Gazette, later becoming a separate publication. The magazine published both satirical materials and illustrations of significant achievements of the USSR. This issue's cover is made by A. Radakov, Russian and Soviet cartoonist, poster artist, painter, illustrator. This issue is illustrated by various artists, such as A. Radakov, V. Kozlinsky, K. Eliseev, K. Rotov and I. Malyutin. Published by "Pravda" newspaper, 300 000 copies. Poor condition, tears and loss of material on the margins and the spine, staining, creases, frayed pages. Missing material in the centre of 5th page and top edge of back cover. Pencil handwriting on the back cover. 10 pages.
