Vintage Gramota Udarnika / Грамота Ударника shock workers certificate - The certificate of the Zhilstroy Trust awards comrade Pravdin P D the honorary title to a shock worker of the second year of the second five-year plan, for actively demonstrating himself in the struggle for skillful leadership and discipline. Featuring illustrations by S F Sokolov depicting the USSR coat of arms, tractors driving through the MTS arch, red banners with the inscription - Towards the new victories USSR - on the industrial image of factory chimneys, and an image of Joseph Stalin with quotes by Vladimir Lenin - Communism begins where the selfless concern of ordinary workers, overcoming hard work, appears to increase labour productivity, to protect every pood of grain, coal, iron and other products that are not given to those who work personally and not to their neighbours, but to those far away, i.e. to the whole society as a whole. - and a quote by Stalin - During the first five-year plan, we organised the enthusiasm and pathos of new construction and achieved decisive successes. This is very good, but now it is not enough. Now we must complement this matter with enthusiasm, the pathos of developing new factories and equipment, a serious increase in labour productivity, and a serious reduction in costs.
