"About Homeland" is collection of works, written by Alexander Blok, Russian lyrical poet, writer, publicist, playwright, translator, literary critic. Classic Russian literature of the 20th century, one of the largest representatives of Russian symbolism. Text preparation and introductory article by V. Orlov. Contains compilation of various poems including "The Twelve" is one of the most notable works written by Block and one of the most recognised Russian poem. Written early in 1918, the poem was one of the first poetic responses to the October Revolution of 1917. Published by OGIZ, 25 000 copies. Good condition.
