The essay by its initiator, Alexei Stakhanov, explains the underpinnings of the system and is intermingled with photographs of workers and the author himself. The cover's design, belonging to A. Zhitomirsky, uses a relief-like texture. Very good condition, the item fully preserved, very light stains along the spine on the cover, very light scratches on the back cover, light stain on the last page, pencil note on the back cover. 32 pages.
