"Prozhektor" is Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine. It was published in Moscow as a supplement to the newspaper "Pravda" in 1923-1935. At that time, the only USSR in the multi-colour magazine. Illustrated by D. Melnikov, Soviet graphic artist, illustrator, poster artist, cartoonist. And A. Topikov, graphic and cartoonist, is best known for its anti-religious illustrations and posters. Among contributing writers are A. Gabor, Hungarian poet, translator and playwright; L. Nikolin, S. Ezersky, D. Stonov, T. Leonteva, Z. Sergeeva, S. Levmana and M. Kossovsky. Published by newspaper "Pravda" publishers, 50 000 copies. Poor condition,loss of material on the margins and the spine, bottom left corner if missing, heavy staining. Rusty staples. Pen handwriting on page №5 and pencil handwriting on the back cover. Bent corners. Pages are frayed. 22 pages.
