The publication includes lines, stanzas and excerpts from the works of Mayakovsky, as well as an analysis of the lines associated with the tragic death of V. Mayakovsky. Vladimir Vladimirovich Mayakovsky was a Soviet poet, playwright, artist, and actor. Mayakovsky's early poems established him as one of the most original poets to come out of the Russian Futurism, a movement rejecting the traditional poetry in favour of formal experimentation, and welcoming the social change promised by modern technology. The book includes works by S. Kirsanov "The Poem about the Robot", O.M. Brik "The Kamarin Peasant"; articles by V. Katanyan “Roots of Poems”, L. Kassil “On the Captain’s Bridge”, V. Trenin and N. Khardzhiev “Mayakovsky as a Poem”. The front page depicts V Mayakovsky holding a dog. Fair Condition. Loss of material on the spine, frayed margins, rubbings, staining. Pages are in good condition.
