Constructivist design on the front cover featuring the stylised silhouettes of workers. This edition features such articles: "Exhibition of proletarian art in Japan" and has examples of works by such artists: K. Rutoku, Isimura, R. Ivamantsu, Ya Yuej, O. Genuzo; "Osa-Osnova", article is talking about OSA (Organization of Contemporary Architects) was an architectural association in the Soviet Union, which was active from 1925 to 1930 and considered the first group of constructivist architects. Promoted the use of the latest designs and materials, the typification and industrialisation of construction; "October Exhibition under sign of "left" phrase", featuring works by Moor, Russian Soviet artist, graphic artist, one of the founders of the Soviet political poster, Honoured Artist of the RSFSR, and S. Telingater, Soviet graphic artist, illustrator, printer, typographer, and book designer and A. Daineka, Soviet Russian painter, graphic artist and sculptor, regarded as one of the most important Russian modernist figurative painters of the first half of the 20th century; "Misfortune on a sunny morning" contains works by Rozengolts, Sterenberg, Sandomirsky, Shemyakin.
