A weekly magazine displaying an promoting the work of the Russian working people in Theatre, Cinema, Music and Painting. A photograph by N A Semashko of the Commissar for Health on the front cover, a theatre timetable on the back cover. This edition includes articles 'Laughter and Art' and another question 'Why is there no Cinema without Music?'. List of some artwork inside: a set design for the play 'The Festival of St George' by T Beznozhnik, photographs from the film 'One for Twenty'. Fair condition, corners bumped, creases and tears on the front cover, loss of paper on both covers, extensive pencil marking over the back cover. 32 pages.
