Original vintage Soviet monthly magazine Aviation and Chemistry / Aviatsiya i Himiya issue number 4 April 1928. It was the only scientific and technical illustrated magazine in the USSR on current affairs on aviation and chemistry. The magazine covered the integration of aviation and chemistry in all sectors of the economy. The cover features the illustration of the plane in the service of transport in the mountains. The issue includes articles about the use of aviation and chemistry in the national economy; new ways of peaceful use of aircraft; how an observer pilot is trained; electrochemical purification of copper; aviation in Czechoslovakia; news and discoveries, scientific literature reviews, and other articles accompanied by photographs, drawings, and blueprints. Published by the Organ of the Union of Societies Osoavikhim of the USSR and Glavlit, 33 pages. Good condition, little tears on the spine, stain, browning.
