Kino-Nedelya is a magazine focusing on the world of cinema. It has a wide range of subjects from articles about plays to advertisement for upcoming movies. Profusely illustrated with constructivist typography, posters and photos from movies. This issue contains stills from the movies "Three friends", "Stephan Halturin", "Face to the village" and "The Thief of Baghdad" where the main character is played by Douglas Fairbanks, American actor, screenwriter, director, and producer. He was best known for his swashbuckling roles in silent films including, "Robin Hood", and "The Mark of Zorro" but spent the early part of his career making comedies. He was considered one of the biggest stars in Hollywood during the 1910s and 1920s. Illustrations by Gri. Published by "SEVZAPKINO-MEZHBROM". Very poor condition. The spine is worn. Very frayed cover, loss of material on margins. The cover is detached and reinforced with the clear tape. Back cover is missing a big piece of material. Prominent water staining and rubbings, loss of material throughout the magazine. 16 pages.
