The issue covers articles on the re-election of the council, capital construction of the consumer system, service of the railwaymen, consumer and agricultural cooperation, bread supplies, supply of vegetables and potatoes to working centres (cities), self-cooperatives; 'literary corner' with travel impression titled 'Crying bookstores' and a short story on produce; with photographs of collective workers exhibiting harvest, grain harvesting, peasant's house in Minsk, building of warehouses for crop storage, factory-kitchen in the mountains, beekeeping apiary, 45 pages. Fair condition, paper skimming, staining, browning on the cover, small tear on the front page, and light staining, tear on the last page and staple marks, stamps of defunct library on cover and pages.
