German propaganda magazine "Erwachen" (Awaken) promoting Paul Hindenburg in upcoming second round of election in 1932. Hindenburg was German Generalfeldmarschall (field marshal) and statesman who commanded the Imperial German Army during the second half of World War I before later being elected President of the Weimar Republic in 1925. Design and text is by Pariselle-Wedekind. Drawings and photomontage by C. Vogt. Intaglio made by W. Buxenstein, Berlin. Poor condition, missing papercil, pages are detached, staining, tears, rubbings. Crease in the middle of the magazine. 4 pages.
