Illustrirovannaya Gazeta is an illustrated supplement published by Pravda newspaper. Published 27 April 1941. This issue has a great selection of photos by constructivist artists. Photos depict Red Army soldiers marching in formation, holding weapons and flags, and a military band. A feature about Moscow Region has a great selection of images, showing families with children reading books about Stalin, young boys pretending to be soldiers, architecture, and factory workers. A photomontage on the back cover, titled 'New House', shows a block of flats; where the windows would be, there are photos of the building interior being constructed. Very good condition, creasing, pages not stapled.
