A photograph of the May Day Parade in Leningrad by A Shaihet on the front cover, various advertisements on the back cover. Articles inside include ‘Don’t Be Ashamed’, a poem by P Jeleznov ‘Rare Specimen’ and a feature page ‘Guests of The Spark’, Full page write-up on V Deni illustratd with his photo and posters. List of artwork inside: a photomontage of photographs from the seas around Russia including the Caspian sea and Black sea; photographs accompanying the article ‘About the Soviet Convention’ ; illustrations to accompany the article ‘The Globe’ by Smehov, photos of Moscow Metro by S Fridliand and I Shagin. Very good condition, faint stamp and pencil marks on the back cover. 17 pages.
