L’Humanité Dimanche was a French weekly magazine, the supplement of l'Humanité newspaper. This issue was dedicated to the death of Maurice Thorez, a French politician, member of the French Communist Party (PCF) of which he was the Secretary-General from 1930 to 1964. He was also Minister of the Civil Service from 1945 to 1947 and Vice-President of the Council between 1946 and 1947. The magazine contains articles about life and career of Maurice Thorez, accompanied by the black and white photographs. Acceptable condition. Rubbings along the spine. Staining and rubbings on the front and back covers. Staining on page 50 and the inside of the back cover. Printed in Paris, 1964.
