Illustrations by A Brey for the story "Zeynab". Andrey Brey was a Soviet artist, graphic artist and illustrator, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He worked in the field of an easel and book graphics; was engaged in lithography and linocut. A Brey collaborated in the magazines such as Pioneer (since 1927), Murzilka (since 1927), Ekran (the end of the 1920s), and Funny Pictures (since 1956). His artwork is presented in many museum collections, among them - the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin Museum, Museum of L.N. Tolstoy (Moscow) and others. Fair condition, rubbings and staining. Rusty staples. Frayed spine, loss of material on the frontcover. 16 pages.
