Constructivist magazine Ekran, issue number 21, 1926. The ‘working newspaper’. Weekly magazine on recent developments in the USSR and abroad. Cover illustration by Letkar, Soviet artist, painter, poster artist, illustrator; author of the political poster "All Power to the Soviets" (1927). He worked in the field of an easel, monumental and decorative painting, political posters, design art. During the post-revolutionary years, he took an active part in the design of Moscow for revolutionary holidays and other memorable dates. This issue's articles include "City in 9 Months" by B Rustam Beck, "Fedor Gladkov" by G Ya, "Summer at the Zoo" by Gyi. Illustrations by M Hrapkovsky for the story "Victim". Mikhail Hrapkovsky was a graphic artist, illustrator of the magazines "Crocodile" and others, illustrator of books. Fair condition, some rubbings. The front cover is torn in the middle.
