The newspaper was the press organ of the Central Council of the Union of Militant Atheists. Сover made by V Deni, Russian satirist, cartoonist and poster artist. Deni was one of the major agitprop poster artists of the Bolshevist period. This issue is illustrated by various artists, such as K Eliseev, Russian Soviet graphic artist and theatre and film artist, as well as M Cheremnyh, N Kogout, Evgan, D Moor.
