Edited by Mikhail Koltsov, Soviet Journalist, Bolshevik Revolutionary and an NKVD Agent, Koltsov founded popular magazines such as "Krokodil", "Chudak", "Sovetskoe Foto" and "Ogonek". Front cover photomontage by O Knorring. Illustration on the back cover by G Valek.
