The newspaper was the press organ of the Central Council of the Union of Militant Atheists. Photomontage on the front cover made by N Kogout. Back cover illustration made by M Cheremnyh. This issue's artwork includes illustrations by M Cheremnyh for the story "Pop Pahom", illustrations by N Kogout for the article "Quack - Graphologist", illustrations by K Urbetis for the poem "About Horrors in the New Skin", illustrations by K Eliseev for the article "Religious Summer Holidays and Their Harm". K Eliseev was a Russian Soviet graphic artist and theatre and film artist. Published by Tsentralny and Moscow council of SVB(League of Militant Atheists). Poor condition, rubbings, dust staining.
