The cover features a photomontage by Gustav Klutsis (1895-1938), a pioneering Latvian photographer and a major member of the Constructivist avant-garde in the early 20th century. Includes articles about Lenin, prose and poetry excerpts by Vladimir Mayakovsky, L. Trotsky, G. Chicherin, and others. Features photographs and 2 black and red photomontages by the Soviet artists Sergei Senkin, G. Klutsis, and Alexander Rodchenko, 2 out of 16 photomontages are present, and the rest are absent.
