Soviet magazine Seizing Technology, issue number 4, January 1932. Magazine on recent technological innovations in the USSR, published every six days. Published by the Newspaper-Magazine Association, in Moscow. On the front cover a photograph of worker with a machine described as a new lift, designed to lift coal out of the mines. On the back cover a continuation of the article ‘Mechanisms for Coal Mining in the Ruhr’ alongside photographs. This edition includes a feature on coal and an article entitled ‘The New Conditions for Leading in a New Fashion’. List of artwork inside: photographs accompanying most articles, diagrams accompanying the article ‘An Inventive Idea in the Struggle for Coal’. Fair condition, no tears or stains. Back cover displays some signs of wear. Top corners of some pages creased. Loose pages inside. This magazine is hole punched.
