Published by the Newspaper-Magazine Association, in Moscow. On the front cover a photograph of worker with a machine described as a new lift, designed to lift coal out of the mines. On the back cover a continuation of the article ‘Mechanisms for Coal Mining in the Ruhr’ alongside photographs. This edition includes a feature on coal and an article entitled ‘The New Conditions for Leading in a New Fashion’. List of artwork inside: photographs accompanying most articles, diagrams accompanying the article ‘An Inventive Idea in the Struggle for Coal’. Fair condition, no tears or stains.
