Dated 12 October, 1926, this is the forty-first volume of the weekly magazine "Novyi Zritel'" ["The New Spectator"], printed in a run of 10 000 copies and published in Moscow. The publication contains essays, such as the issue's "Against Bulgakovschina;" alongside reviews from all-Moscow theatres, including ballet. Occasional short literature-related texts are included, as are numerous photographs and satirical drawings. The playbill includes upcoming performances in Moscow theatres and cinemas, as well as librettos. Excellent condition, original colours of the covers preserved, paper in original standing, light tears on the edges, some pen notes on the covers. 36 pages.
