Prozhektor #44 1928

Issue #44 (162) of Prozhektor, a Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, dated 28 October 1928. Prozhektor was published as a supplement to Pravda newspaper from 1923 to 1935. The issue includes photographs from an expedition to the Northern Sea Route in Siberia, an article titled Ice Floes, photos of Bolshevik revolutionary I Skvortsov-Stepanov's funeral, an article titled Trek to the Steppe and portraits of members of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. The issue also includes stories, cartoons, poems and advertisements. Good condition, foxing, creasing, minor tear along the spine of the cover.
