Soviet weekly magazine Red Field, issue №10, 4 March 1928. First published in 1922 by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union. Constructivist cover has painting of Clara Zetkin by V. Meshkov, Russian Soviet painter and graphic artist. This edition includes story "Babai" by A. Lipetski, Lipetsk poet, prose writer and artist; essay "Behind the kitchen door" by N Kalma, essay "Women of revolutionary China" by A. Strong, American journalist and writer of a pro-communist orientation, who has lived in the USSR and China for many years and has written many books and articles in their support; "Woman in India" by P. Girshbein, article "First worker's university", essay "From Pushkin to Timirazev" by V. Inber, Russian poetess and prose writer, translator and journalist. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK", 110 000 copies. Fair condition, some pages are partially detached. Staples are missing. Was part of bound yearly volume. Tears and loss of material on the spine and on margins. Minor dusting, rubbings and staining. Cancelled library stamp on the back cover. Edges are slightly trimmed.
