Soviet weekly magazine Red Field, issue №25, 17 June 1928. First published in 1922 by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union. Constructivist cover. This edition includes article "Japan and China" by M. Borodin, Russian revolutionary, Soviet statesman and public figure; excerpt "Haiti" from book "Around the world" by Peretz Hirschbein, Yiddish-language playwright, novelist, journalist, travel writer, and theatre director; article "Philistinism in the theatre" written by R. Pikel, Soviet statesman and cultural figure; article "European art news". This issue is illustrated by various artists, such as O. Ignatovich, Volkov, N. Gatilov, N. Petrov, iconic figure of Russian and Soviet pre and post revolutionary photography; V Lushin, Soviet artist, painter, graphic artist, poster artist, stage designer; Yu Ganf, Soviet Russian graphic artist, a People's Artist of the USSR, especially known for his satirical cartoons in the Krokodil magazine. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK", 110 000 copies. Poor condition, cover and pages are detached. Staples are missing. Was part of bound yearly volume.
