Inside cover contains portrait of V. Lenin. This issue contains article "13th anniversary of October", "In the name of Karl Marx", "Soviet diary", essay "October uprising in Moscow" by V. Bonch-Bruyevich, Russian revolutionary, Bolshevik, Soviet party and statesman, ethnographer, publicist. Closest assistant and actual secretary V.I. Lenin; "One of ten days that shocked the world" from memories of I. Kremlev, Russian Soviet prose writer, poet and playwright, science fiction writer, journalist. Contains part the book "City of enthusiasts" written by M. Kozurev and I. Kremlev. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK".
