Original vintage Soviet Magazine Krasnaya Niva / Red Field, issue number 43, October 1927. Krasnaya Niva was a biweekly magazine, first published by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union in 1922. The cover features an illustration "Red China" and the back cover features artwork "Bolshevik is Coming" by Boris Kustodiev, a Russian and Soviet painter and stage designer. This issue includes articles about All-Union Congress of Female Workers and Peasants; Mikhail Frunze, a Bolshevik leader during the Russian Revolution of 1917; Modern architecture; Soviet fabrics; October Revolution in films; a collection of satires; advertising and others. Published by Izvestiya, edited by Anatoly Lunacharsky, a Russian Marxist revolutionary and the first Bolshevik Soviet People's Commissar, 24 pages.  Good condition, threads on the spine are loose, an ink stamp on the back cover, minor stain and creasing.
