Original vintage Soviet Magazine Krasnaya Niva / Red Field, issue number 36, September 1929. Krasnaya Niva was a biweekly magazine, first published by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union in 1922. The cover features a poster "Jungsturm" (Red Young Front), the youth association in Weimar Germany close to the Communist Party of Germany by Ivan Kulikov, a Russian painter, primarily of portraits and genre scenes. This issue includes articles about the work of factories in the Urals; International Youth Day in Moscow and the parade - an international youth holiday held in 1915-1945; airship travels; foreign news; YCI (Young Communist International), the parallel international youth organization affiliated with the Communist International; art of Buryatia; films reviews; advertising and others. Published by Izvestiya, edited by Anatoly Lunacharsky, a Russian Marxist revolutionary and the first Bolshevik Soviet People's Commissar, 24 pages. Fair condition, rusted staples, the cover is loose, tears on the cover and some pages, stain, minor foxing and creasing, pencil marks.
