Original vintage Soviet weekly magazine Red Field, issue №2, 15 January 1930. First published in 1922 by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union. The constructivist cover features a drawing of a communist parade on the background of the construction by Yuri Pimenov, a famous Russian Soviet painter, graphic artist, theater artist, and teacher, member of the USSR Academy of Arts (1962). This issue includes portraits of Karl Liebknecht, a prominent German socialist and anti-militarist. A member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany beginning in 1900 and Rosa Luxemburg, a Polish and German revolutionary socialist, Marxist philosopher, and anti-war activist; the letter from Berlin about the difficulties of life in Germany; collective farm courses in Samarkand; spring sowing; Buddha in Hamburg; theatrical news; drawings of artists V Shakhovskoy, P Staronosov, B Efimov, I Letkov. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK", 25 pages. Poor condition, tears on the spine and cover, some pages are loose, some pages are cut out, browning.
