Original vintage Soviet constructivist magazine Red Field Krasnaya Niva, issue number 1, 1928. Biweekly magazine, first published in 1922 by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union. The cover features the portrait of Nikolay Nekrasov, a Russian poet, writer, critic, and publisher by Ivan Kramskoi, a Russian painter and art critic. The issue is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the death of Nekrasov and includes articles about his unpublished story, poems, illustrations of his works, and reviews of contemporaries, a trip to his home in a village in the Yaroslavl district; the first plenum of the new Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party; The Chinese Civil War; research by the State Institute of Experimental Endocrinology and experiments on animals; the play Power in Workers' Theatre of Proletkult, and advertising, accompanied by drawings and photographs by I Michaylov, A Baldinger, A Mogilevsky, S Tomah, A Rybnikov, I Lazarev, A Gatilov, M Cherempyh, Y Pimenov.
