Original vintage Soviet constructivist magazine Red Field Krasnaya Niva, issue number 7, 1927. Biweekly magazine, first published in 1922 by the Central Executive Committee of the Soviet Union. The cover features a drawing by Aleksandr Kuprin. The issue  includes a story by Aleksey Tolstoy, a Russian writer, who specialized in science fiction and historical novels; articles about the news from abroad, such as demonstrations in London, workers' strikes in New Jersey, the war in China; Pushkin and his works, on the 90th anniversary of his death; art life of the West with works by the artists C Orloff, G Kolbe, A Egger-Lienz, L Moreau, A Lhote, L Corinth; an exhibition of Dmitry Tsapline and Isidor Frikh-Khar, Soviet sculptors; Volga-Don Canal; the British colony of Trinidad, the largest island in the nation of Trinidad and Tobago and others accompanied by drawings and photographs by A Kravchenko, C Mazer, Y Annenkov. Published by Glavlit, 24 pages. Poor condition, pages and spine are loose, tears, browning.
