Moscow Review was a monthly magazine focused on Soviet propaganda with illustrations and photographs. This issue includes a Soviet calendar with key upcoming dates, an article titled The Right to Education which discusses education in the Soviet Union, and an interesting feature on hunting, accompanied by photos of hunters, deer, bears and other animals. Other articles focus on the Arctic, the USSR exhibit at the Exposition de Paris in 1937, and 'Five Days Onboard a Soviet Ship'. A great feature on French painting includes reproductions of work by Vincent Van Gogh, Edward Degas, Paul Gauguin, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Henri Rousseau. Good condition, creasing on the cover, some wear along the spine.
