Original vintage Soviet constructivist magazine Science and Technology Nauka i Tehnika #4 January 1930. Nauka i Tehnika was a monthly magazine on scientific and technical breakthroughs in the USSR. The cover features a photograph of the electrified oil pumping at the field in Baku in the name of Kirov. Sergei Kirov was a Soviet politician and Bolshevik revolutionary, in 1921, Kirov became First Secretary of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, the Bolshevik party organization in Azerbaijan.
