Original vintage Soviet constructivist magazine Science and Technology Nauka i Tehnika #16 August 1937. Nauka i Tehnika was a monthly magazine on scientific and technical breakthroughs in the USSR. The cover features a drawing of testing of the record high-speed motor boat The Blue Bird by Yevgeny Voyshvillo, a Russian artist, best known for his work in the field of book illustration and seascape graphics.
