Original vintage Constructivist film magazine Soviet Screen Sovetsky Ekran #14 April 1928. It was a weekly magazine on recent developments in film in the USSR. The cover features a portrait of the actress S Makuhina in the role of Sakin at the film Bronze Moon or Gilan's Daughter, a 1928 historical drama film directed by Leo Mur and based on the novel of Yuri Slyozkin; the back cover features advertising for the resorts of the Southern Coast of Crimea. The issue includes articles about filming in the mines and Dneprostroy; social films in Germany, which were named after the artist Heinrich Zille, a German illustrator, caricaturist, lithographer, and photographer; creation of animation; uprisings in Morocco against France; portraits of Kozintsev, a Soviet theatre and film director and Trauberg, a Ukrainian Soviet film director and screenwriter; film Beauty Harita, a silent Soviet film 1928, production by Sovkino, director Sheffer Lev, cameraman V.
