It contains speeches delivered by Joseph Stalin to the metal producers of the Soviet Union asnd the graduates of the Red Army academies, alongside reports produced by V. M. Molotov, V. V. Kuibyshev, M. N. Tukhachevsky, G. K. Orjonikidze, G. F. Grinko and A. P. Rosenholz as part of the Seventh Congress of Soviets of the USSR. Further reports and speeches by prominient figures in the Soviet Union are included, along with portraits of the politicians. Published in 1935 by the Co-operative Publishing Society of Foreign Workers in the USSR, Moscow-Leningrad, printed by Iskra-Revolutsii. Hardback. 440 pages.
