Editor V Velman, album layout by E. Nekrasov, famous architects of their time V. Velman, M. Ginzburg, I. Gurevich, E. Lissitzky took part in the development of projects and text materials of the collection. The book presents schemes of typical construction projects and guidelines for the physical implementation of them, schemes of a communal house, classification of different types of structures, various aspects of construction are described, illustrated with many photographs and drawings of schemes. Good condition, some separation along the spine, and some tears, stain on the cover. 156 pages.
