Articles inside are entitled ‘Large Sums and even Bigger Problems’ and ‘Forward to a New Victory’. This edition also includes a feature comparing the constructions of the Soviet Union and Germany. List of artwork inside: diagrams and maps accompany the article ‘In the Metro Operations’. Good condition, pages 1-14 loose, page 15-16 tenuously attached. 18 pages.
