Stroyim - We Are Building #10 1938

Issue #10 of Stroyim (We Are Building), a Soviet photojournalism magazine. Published in 1938. This issue is devoted to the Soviet mining town Akarmara, in Abhkazia. Photos shows houses in the town, families with babies and children playing, two young men boxing, as well as a great selection of photos of mines and mining equipment. A second article focuses on 'the rental house', accomodation for workers at the Dniepropetovsk metallurgical factory. Poor condition, staining, creasing, folded horizontally, foxing, pen on front cover.
