Issue #19 of Stroyim (We Are Building) magazine, a constructivist photojournalism publication. Published 1937. This is a great issue - one article focuses on the Magnitorsk Metallurgical Kombinat with striking photos of the facility, with workers welding metal and operating machines. Another article focuses on developments to the metro system; photos show workers in the metro tunnels, carving patterns in station ceilings, fixing lights on the platforms, and three train drivers in the cab of a train. Good condition, folded horizontally, browning on edges, foxing, minor tears on edges.
