Original vintage book " The Bolshoi Theatre 1825-1925", the edition of The State Academic Theatres Office. The contents include a number of notable scripts on the expansion of the Bolshoi theatre: the essay by A. Lunacharsky " Why Do We Save Bolshoi Theatre", "On the Verge of the Second Century" by E. Lapitsky and " The Opera at the Bolshoi Theatre for Hundred Years" by V. Yakovlev. Published by the Leningrad Gublit, a run of copies is 5000. Fair condition, separation along the spine, light stains on the front cover and on all the pages, slightly torn off edges of the cover, some tears on the edges of pages, a pencil note on the back of the cover, also includes a blue paper note at the back with the stated misspellings throughout the book, the note is slightly bent at the bottom, 235 pages.
