The book is devoted to the effects Stakhanov Movement, a new system of an efficient organisation of work in the USSR, made on Soviet railroads. The essay by P. Krivonoss is intermingled with numerous photographs of railroad workers. The design's cover and the arrangement is by H. Klering.
