The interview covers the topics about Outer Mongolia, German aggression, the Franco-Soviet pact, Japan, the Litvinov-Roosevelt Agreement, the new Soviet constitution, and others. The back cover includes a list of books and pamphlets by Stalin. Published by International Publishers Co., New York City, 13 pages. Fair condition, the cover is loose, rusted staples, tears on the spine, minor stain and creasing.
