Thirty Days 30 Tridtsat Dney #1 1926

Dated January 1926, this is the first issue of the monthly illustrated magazine "30 dney" ("30 days"), printed in a run of 15 000 copies. With its range of poems, essays, dramas, sketches, and photographs, it covers arts, literature, film, theatre, and philosophy. Numerous texts are accompanied by satirical drawings by leading Soviet illustrators, such as S. Lodygin, K. Kuznetsov, Y. Ganf. This issue contains texts by Izaak Babel' and V. Beresayev, among others. Poor condition, tears on the edges, occasional stains, cuts along the spine, stains along the spine, cuts along the edges on the front cover, lower right corner on the front cover reinforced with paper tape. 112 pages.
