Issue #8 of SSSR Na Stroika / USSR in Construction, published 1933. USSR in Construction was a publication dedicated to construction projects and industry in the USSR, published in Russian, French, English and German 1930 to 1941 as a collaboration between some of the most esteemed Soviet artists of the time. The issue focuses on the opening of a tractor factory in Chelyabinsk, and features photos from I Belyakov, N Vladimirtsev, and A Lebedev, and artwork by M Getmansky. Photos show factory scenes, tractors and farm vehicles, factory workers, and scenes from Chelyabinsk. Includes a large fold out with a photo of a tractor. Fair condition, tears, creasing, staining, small paper losses, pencil writing on inside of back cover.
